phone_stackTelephone Advice

Some problems can be sorted out by telephone. You can leave a message for any doctor or nurse who will call you back if necessary.

You do not need to give details to the receptionist, although they will need some indication as to the urgency of the situation. It may be necessary to leave your telephone number in order for the health professional to return your call when free.

Please note that if anyone else other than yourself answers the telephone we will not tell them that we are phoning from the surgery, unless it is for a minor routine query. Doctors and staff at the practice have to adhere to strict confidentiality guidelines.

If you would like other members of your family or a carer to telephone the surgery on your behalf you will need to complete and return the form below.
